I am Jignesh Chheda, a Modern Workplace Architect based in Mumbai. For over eleven years I have designed and delivered Microsoft 365 environments for banks, insurers, manufacturers and public-sector institutions across India. I have sat on every side of the table: pre-sales, architecture, hands-on delivery and escalation calls at 2 a.m. That range is the point. Designs are better when the designer has personally felt what happens when they fail.
What I bring
Specialist, not generalist
Identity, devices, messaging, collaboration, security and compliance inside the Microsoft cloud. I would rather know one estate completely than ten estates vaguely.
Built for regulated industries
Banks, insurers, AMCs and market institutions. Where audits are quarterly, downtime is front-page news, and "good enough" is not in the vocabulary. That is my home ground.
Pre-sales to production
I scope the engagement, design the architecture, lead the delivery and mentor the engineers who run it afterwards. No hand-off gaps, no diluted accountability.
Knowledge that travels
Around five years as a guest lecturer on cloud computing at Mumbai engineering colleges. If I cannot explain a design to a student, the design is not finished.
Traveller's eye
Travel writing at Roaming Footprints. Seeing how different places solve the same problems is surprisingly good training for enterprise architecture.

Writing, speaking and community contribution around Microsoft 365, with the Microsoft MVP recognition as the long-term marker of that work.

I lead solution design and delivery across Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Purview and Defender, spanning pre-sales, architecture and hands-on delivery, while mentoring a team of engineers.
